For the past 41 years, I have been a real estate professional in Missoula and Western Montana, I have been a CCIM since 1991. My Daughter, Wendy Coffman, is a CCIM Candidate. . Wendy and I are committed to provide thorough service by exploring all options for the sale, purchase or lease of your commercial and investment properties. We are accessible to our clients to provide the professional service necessary for successful transactions.
Throughout my years in Missoula, I have been involved in community activities including Big Brothers and Sisters, Missoula Ski Education Foundation, Exchange Club, Big Bear Resources Festival of Trees, Lincolnwood Homeowners' Park Board, Realtors® Auction, Lambros Community Foundation, the Northern Rockies Heritage Center, TOSRV (Tour of the Swan River Valley) food stop and Leadership Missoula. I also volunteer at the state and local Realtor® organizations including terms on the Forms, Facilities, Association Management, Board of Directors and various other committees. Wendy has been a successful business owner prior to joining me 3 years ago.
