Ed serves as President of Kentwood Capital located in the Jupiter, FL. Ed specializes in the sale of net leased properties, both single tenant and retail net leased shopping centers, throughout the United States. Previously, Ed was an Associate Director and Lead Broker at Stan Johnson Company in their Los Angeles office where he focused solely on the sale of single tenant net lease assets and advisory for his clients ranging from private individual clients, merchant developers, and institutions. Ed also operated as Vice President of the Investments at RE/MAX Commercial in West Lost Angeles and Manhattan Beach, CA offices. Throughout his career in acquisitions and investment sales, Ed has completed in excess of 300 transactions valued at more than $1.5B dollars.
