Ed Batchelor, CPM is President of TradeMark Residential Properties, a full service residential property management and brokerage company. Ed graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has over 30 years of experience in property management leadership in North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Maryland. He served as Vice President of Artery Property Management and Senior Re¬gional Manager with Equity Residential in North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Maryland. At TradeMark Residential Properties, Ed is responsible for the day-today performance of the company. He is personally leading changes in asset management, business development and training. Ed is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Chapter 105. He received his Certified Property Manager designation from IREM in 1982 and his HCCP from the National Association of Home Builders in 2009. Ed obtained his North Carolina Real Estate License in 2008.
