Dylan Nguyen has lived in the Bay Area most of his life, and graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Information Technology. He started his corporate career with jobs working as an IT specialist and network engineer, but his interest in real estate and curiosity to understand the mechanism of business led him to eventually quit his job and join the world of real estate. He became a real estate agent in 2003, and has not looked back since.
Dylan specializes in commercial real estate, and has helped build a reputable name for the Asian commercial real estate community in Silicon Valley. He has cofounded and is the principle in several real estate related companies. Dylan works with his clients not only to buy and sell commercial real estate properties, but he also collaborates with investors on multimillion-dollar development projects including single/multi-family homes, subdivisions, and mix-used development and commercial retails. Working with a vast array of local and world-wide business owners and entrepreneurs, Dylan takes pride in the high level of experience and expertise he has to offer.
Apart from work, Dylan enjoys spending time with his family. Keeping up with his four energetic and happy kids helps him stay active and young at heart.
