Bio
Duncan has over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, serving markets throughout the Southeast.
After graduating from Duke University with a degree in Economics, Duncan spent eleven years on Capitol Hill serving most notably as Chief of Staff to a U.S. Representative. In that position, he was the principal policy advisor and political strategist to a member of the House Ways and Means Committee.
In 1998, Duncan returned to North Carolina and worked in Asheville as a commercial broker, initially with Pulliam Properties. He founded KeyCRE in 2005, where his focus has been investment sales, tenant representation and build-to-suit development for national retailers and restaurants. During his career he has closed hundreds of brokerage and development transactions valued in excess of $200 million.
