Duncan Gratton has been in the real estate business for over 35 years and joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2008. He is an Executive Managing Director of the firm focusing on agency leasing brokerage in the greater Boston market. Duncan specializes in large scale office and life science development projects. Highlighted projects include the leasing of South Station Tower (51-story new construction mixed-use development), 177 Huntington Avenue in Boston, 500 Boylston and 222 Berkeley Streets in Boston’s Back Bay, 275 Grove Street in Newton (a 500,000sf speculative office development), and The Arsenal on the Charles, (an 850,000sf urban life sciences campus in Watertown).
From 1995-2008, Duncan was responsible for all aspects of the leasing and marketing operations for a portfolio of over 6,000,000 square feet of first-class office and life science space for Equity Office Properties Trust in Boston. In this role, Duncan oversaw marketing and leasing strategy, asset management, development, and customer and broker relations. Prior to 1994, Duncan was in the commercial brokerage business with The Codman Company and Lynch, Murphy, Walsh, & Partners.
