Dubie is a real estate specialist offering comprehensive services for the purchase and sale of land, residential, and residential income properties. Dubie provide a breadth of knowledge based on working in real estate sales since 1990.
Dubie has received awards for more than 28 years including the International President's Circle at Coldwell Banker, President's Gold Award of Distinction at Frank Howard Allen, and ‘Top Agent’ status since joining Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Real Estate. Last year she was fourth in the company in unit sales for my area. I have been named winner of the S.F. Magazine 5 Star Rating in 2014-2021. Thus far in her career, she has sold over 325 million dollars in real estate sales. Dubie is a devoted real estate professional dedicated to ensuring my customers an elevated level of service including weekend and evening appointments, a highly ethical and professional attitude, and efficient critical thinking skills. Dubie has experience selling residences----including those that are in disrepair, luxury homes, country properties, and new construction----as well as land for residential and development opportunities, small subdivisions, multi-unit income properties, and mixed-use properties.
Dubie serves Marin, Sonoma, and San Francisco Counties, and parts of Napa and Contra Costa. Dubie subscribes to Clean Offer, Top Agent Network, Aalto, Marin Platinum, and LoopNet. I also participate in meetings for Marin commercial agents.
As a member of the community, Dubie supports certain local organizations that resonate personally. Dubie has continually supported the Larkspur-Corte Madera Schools since 2006. In 2015 Dubie became a team leader for the ALS Association for Team (S)Miles and has raised well over $350,000 for the ALS Association in the North Bay, participating in a 28-mile bike ride which she plans to complete annually.
Dubie believes in owning real estate and she owns her residence in Larkspur and residential income property in Petaluma. Dubie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Davis.
