Career Summary
Duane’s involvement in real estate has evolved throughout the past nine years as
a commercial broker. Through his architectural education, broad clientele and
diverse projects, Duane’s experience makes him a well-rounded broker with the
ability to handle a wide variety of transactions. He is skilled in both the leasing
and selling of properties and currently specializing in the fast food (QSR) market
in southern Wisconsin. Duane is known for developing creative conversion
