Bio
Mr. Lacey joined Bow River in September 2017. Mr. Lacey is responsible for investment research, due diligence, financial modeling, originating, structuring, and managing real estate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Assistant Vice President at First National Denver, a regional bank, specializing in commercial real estate. He was the lead portfolio manager on a $300 million real estate portfolio consisting of all asset classes.
Mr. Lacey holds a MBA and a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, both from the University of South Dakota.
