Bio
Drew Ailing, a seasoned professional and CPA, brings a unique value-centric perspective to his clients. Prior to his time in storage, Drew excelled in corporate mergers and acquisitions, at a private equity platform company where he spearheaded the successful acquisition of 10+ companies, amounting to over $125m in transaction volume. Drew also spent time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he performed financial audits and analyses for private equity firms and financial institutions. He is a graduate of The University of Tampa, Cum Laude, with a dual degree in Finance and Accounting.
Leaning on his strong financial background, Drew excels at understanding and communicating the state of the macro and microeconomic market and their unique effects on individual properties. Drew often takes a consultative approach with his clients, with a shared goal of maximizing a property’s ROI. His clients range from single property owners to large institutional investors.
Outside of the office, Drew enjoys fishing, golfing, grilling, and spending time with friends and family.
