Bio
For two decades, Dpual lived in the heart of San Francisco, currently living in homey Noe Valley, but he has a deep passion for all corners of our magnificent city. He enjoys applying his knowledge of the city`s culture, history, and topography to the current real estate market conditions to find the perfect solution for his clients` desires and needs, whether they are looking for a loft in the urban center or a roomy home in one of their many charming neighborhoods. Dpual has a keen eye for detail, spotting potential often overlooked by others, and strives to bring the best possible opportunities to his clients. He comes into real estate with a long history building products and services for some of the largest companies in the country. His success in that arena came from careful listening to client’s needs, pairing them with a realistic eye to available conditions, and getting all parties on board with the final solution. Buying and selling homes is no different; it requires team effort, and Dpual’s experience bringing people together to an optimal solution for all involved is invaluable. For more than a decade he has been an active volunteer guide with San Francisco City Guides, leading free walking tours of the Mission Dolores and Castro neighborhoods, and was the board chair of the organization, managing the rapidly growing group of hundreds of volunteers. A visual arts major, he has chosen the camera as his tool of expression, especially in combination with his passion for travel and food. Dpual’s photography has been published in Out and About, a travel publication, and on various food sites including the Cooking Channel blog, Foodzie.com, SF Weekly, Blackboard Eats and SF Station. Dpaul’s work also appears on the blog his husband and him have published since 2006, Hedonia, and their self-published a cookbook, Cooking at the Castello.
