Douglas has extensive knowledge of the UK commercial property market gained over fifteen year’s employment with three national surveying practices; JLL, Montagu Evans and Avison Young.
He has experience in acquisitions and disposals on behalf of a wide range of clients, including institutions, private equity funds, property companies and private investors. He also has extensive experience in property valuation/analysis and development appraisal.
