Over 30 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate Field. Sold over $30,000,000.00 in commercial real estate throughout the United States. Products have included industrial buildings, office buildings, land, retail centers, self-storage centers and free standing NNN investments. Favorite activity of real estate is saving people large sums of money on their taxes. Not only using the 1031 method but accentuating the write off with Cost Segregation. A newer specialty is placing people in DST's that are extremely strong with great returns.
Education
A product of the Long Beach system from grade school to college all in Long Beach. Graduated from Long Beach State with a BS in Business Administration (Finance major) and a Physical Education minor.
