Professional Profile I have been an Apartment Broker since 1998. While my focus has been apartment investments, I have sold most investment product types. Over the past 24 months, I have been involved in closing investment property transactions in excess of $90 Million Dollars. Before joining BT Commercial, I was a consistent top producer with Marcus Millichap. In 2002, 2003, and 2004, I was in the top 5 in my regional office and recognition as a National Achievement winner within the firm. Much of my success comes from my aggressive nature in the pricing and the marketing of my client's products. I have become known as a marketing expert that utilizes today's new technologies to create the most exposure for my client's properties. Exposure produces competition and competition produces the best results, which equals the highest price in the shortest time. I simply do what is best for my clients. Before becoming an Apartment Broker, I worked as a Commercial Mortgage Broker for 4 years where I focused on commercial and residential finance. I utilized my background in accounting to secure funding for clients with a wide range of financial needs and challenges. I attribute much of my success in commercial real estate to my ability to understanding the financial success for a given property. In addition to my experience in finance, I hold the following degrees: (1) Bachelor of Science, Accounting, and (2) Bachelor of Science, Business Management. I am a participant in more than 15 San Francisco Bay Area income property-marketing groups, including the Commercial Investment Brokers Association, the Northern California C.C.I.M. Association and the East Bay's Investment Marketing Forum. These organizations have a monthly attendance totaling +/- 700 investment brokers, from a variety of firms. This active solicitation and cooperation with outside brokers has resulted in 15 outside broker closings of my 20 exclusive listings in the last 24 months. Of course my listings are also marketed to my extensive proprietary buyer database. Although I have represented buyers and sellers in all major investment real estate property types, my major successes as an investment real estate broker are due to my focused effort to specialize in apartments in Alameda County.
