Douglas C. Gordon received his Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in 1989 and has been involved, in various capacities, with real estate ever since. Today, he serves as Managing Partner for our Partnerships across the country.
Mr. Gordon specializes in Value Add Opportunities, with significant experience ranging from multi-million dollar rehabs to simple repositions of existing properties. Some interesting cases are illustrated on our transaction page.
As Managing Partner, Mr. Gordon is directly involved in the underwriting of acquisitions, the oversight of operations, and the eventual dispositions. From start to finish he is involved and active, every step of the way.
