Mr. Gaffney has completed over $1.5 billion of lease and sale transactions within the last twenty years while working in the NJ/NY metropolitan area (with particular focus on the northern and central New Jersey marketplace). Proven history of representing investors/owners in the acquisition (and disposition) of industrial and office properties. Mr. Gaffney has extensive tenant representation background as well (particularly on behalf of financial services companies, law firms and high tech/industrial users). Skilled in discounted cash flow modeling, financial analyses and occupancy studies. Additional experience in commercial design and space planning.
