Swanson has more than 15 years of commercial brokerage, leasing, and consulting experience and represents tenants and buyers in the retail, industrial, office and investment industries. His impressive background in analytics and data research has given him a clear understanding of commercial growth in the central and south Texas areas.
Before joining Turcotte, he served as regional vice-president for a leading nationwide provider of commercial real estate information. Swanson spent 20 years in logistics for FedEx where he was a top performing worldwide account manager, working with global companies like Dell Computers, Compaq, Tenneco and USAA.
