Doug relocated to Jacksonville in 2000 and has been in several facets of real estate since 2003 which prepared him for his role with Cross Regions Group. He was an owner of a residential real estate office that he grew from 3 agents to 30 agents while also opening a Community Association Management division, he served as National Director of Real Estate for a national distribution company with over 300 locations and as Regional Director of Real Estate for Ascension Florida/Gulf Coast. While with Ascension he acquired property for two new hospital campuses, dozens of FSED’s and MOB’s as well as negotiated all leases as both tenant and landlord for the region. In his current role with Cross Regions Doug oversees commercial real estate development, brokerage and property management.
Doug is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Trustee with JAX Chamber, where he is involved with the Government Affairs Committee as well as active with the Downtown Council as a Board Member. Doug is also an investor with JAXUSA Partnership and a Director of Cross Regions Disaster Relief Fund.
