Mr. Kirk has been with Property Management NW (PMNW) for 29 years and began in 1989 as the Facilities Engineer. Since then he has been promoted multiple times to Operations Manager in 1992, Property Manager of Commercial Properties in 2002, and Vice President of Commercial Properties in 2008. PMNW has recently merged business with Azose Commercial Properties and continues managing the commercial portfolio.
Doug is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Washington State and manages Medical Office Buildings, Office/Warehouse Buildings, and Retail Strip Malls. Mr. Kirk currently manages 15 properties totaling approximately 240,000 square feet. Mr. Kirk also has 10 years of Construction experience with Baugh Construction in constructing Medical Office Buildings, Office Buildings, and Warehouse Buildings.
