Bio
Doug joined Colliers International in 2007 as a Building Engineer. His experience and knowledge in the property maintenance discipline proved to be a valuable resource to the team and he was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. In this role, Doug is responsible for new and current tenant set-up, lease auditing and abstracting. He also prepares HVAC and repair contracts, coordinates preventative maintenance endeavors as well as manages portfolio insurance programs and vendor contracts.??
Doug has extensive experience in the property maintenance field of commercial real estate. He managed the property maintenance for multiple locations throughout Omaha where he was responsible for monitoring and maintaining each building’s systems. He met with vendors to obtain repair bids and ensured the work completed met the high standards of Colliers International. Doug was a vital ingredient in the management of tenant relationships, tenant satisfaction and in positive management/tenant interactions.
