Doug Brock joined Newmark in 2014 and currently serves as Senior Managing Director and broker in charge of the company’s Raleigh, NC, office. A 14-year corporate real estate professional, Brock has substantial expertise in tenant representation in the office, technology, life science and industrial sectors. He has conducted more than 200 transactions worth in excess of $150 million. Brock joined Newmark after spending six years with UGL-Equis / DTZ where he was an Associate Vice President and served in a business development and transaction management role for the southeastern US. In that role Brock completed transactions in over 30 states and assisted in running multiple global accounts on behalf of international pharmaceutical and life science companies. In 2014 Brock and his team opened the Newmark Raleigh/Durham office and currently focuses his skillset on assisting tenants within the Triangle navigate the operational and financial conditions within a dynamic and growing marketplace. Brock received his BSBA with a concentration in finance and entrepreneurship from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan Flagler Business School in 2008.
