Doug Anderson is the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at CWT. With extensive experience in operational leadership for large global companies, Doug brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.
His history with CWT runs deep, having served as the company's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2016. During this time, he played a crucial role in steering the company's strategy and financial operations and more recently he joined as a Board member.
Doug is a former Chief Executive Officer of American Express Global Business Travel, a Chief Financial Officer for United Parcel Service (UPS) Supply Chain Solutions, as well as CFO for UPS's European and Asia Pacific businesses. Additionally, Doug has been a Non-Executive Director on the board of Wings Travel Management, Board Chairman of the Global Business Travel Association Foundation, and a Board Director of the World Travel & Tourism Council.
Prior to joining CWT, Doug served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at SITA, an IT and telecommunications service provider to the air transport industry.
Anderson spent 25 years at United Parcel Service of America, Inc. (UPS), where his most recent positions included senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer for UPS Logistics Group. He has extensive international experience in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe.
Anderson is a certified public accountant and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska. He currently resides with his family in the London area.
