Dot is the president of The Dot Fernald Team, and she has been in the real estate industry since 1984. Dot has been one of the Top 5 ERA agents in the State of Maine since 1999, and Dot has been inducted into the Elite ERA Winners Circle for superior production since 1995. She is a member of the Androscoggin County Board of Realtors and the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce.
