I have 18+ years of extensive Real Estate experience and I been involved in REOs since late 2006. My Objective is to provide Asset Management Companies and banks with the best representation and service to maximize their return and recovery of each asset through effective and efficient disposition of REO and nonperforming properties. I take extraordinary pride in my clients and my scorecards. I continue to stay ahead of the market by attending conferences and educational events. This allows me to service my clients with the best knowledge and customer service. I am detailed and goal oriented and love serving my clients, helping them achieve the results they want Asset Managers need to be able to get a hold of their REO agent in a timely manner. Also, the REO agent needs to be competent and efficient without wasting the Asset Managers time. Communication is the key to a successful relationship. We are a service-oriented brokerage with extensive experience in REO disposition from pre-eviction to closing. I have the following dedicated just for Asset Managers, so they can always get a hold of me. I offer a full service of REO services staffed with a qualified team of assistants who manage all aspects of REO’s.
