Doran has been working at the Los Angeles office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services since 2005. Prior to joining DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, he was involved in the wholesale food business.

- Sale of a ±11,000 SF retail property on the Miracle Mile of Los Angeles. Property was sold to the Korean Government to be used as a museum.
- Sale of a ±250,000 SF industrial complex in Dayton, OH on over 40 acres of land. Property was sold to a private investor.
