Don’ta was born and raised in the eastern region of Knoxville, Tennessee, where he spent most of his childhood. In 2019, he graduated from Carter High School, earning his diploma and preparing for the next chapter of his life. After graduation, he went on to pursue an Associate Degree at Pellissippi State Community College. Don’ta knew that he wanted to give back to the community that had supported him throughout his upbringing. He has a desire to help serve the people of East Knoxville, and he saw an opportunity to do so through Commercial Real Estate. Don’ta joined SVN | Wood Properties as a brokerage intern in 2021 but has since became a full time Associate Advisor, and he is working to build relationships with property owners and investors.
