Donna Winfrey-Varner is a Investment Sales and Commercial Leasing Broker for the Houston office of Coldwell Banker Commercial, an international brokerage company. She has nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience, having successfully stabilized investment properties, increased net operating income, and achieved the lease-up and sale of real property assets on behalf of her clients.
As a Sales and Leasing Broker, Donna provides Investment Property Sales and Landlord/Tenant Representation. She is the first woman inducted into the distinguished Pinnacle Society at Coldwell Banker Commercial, being recognized for an exceptional level of achievement.
Known for her market knowledge and ability to work with municipalities, Donna maintains the relationships established over the years with local and national companies - - with a particular focus on both office and retail.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Donna was an Investment Banking Associate that structured transactions that averaged $30 million, she was a Multifamily Development Officer, and she underwrote transactions with multiple layers of financing that caused the (re)development, leasing and sale of commercial property.
Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University in New York City after attending the Lenox (High) School on an academic scholarship.
