Regarding his real estate transactions, he has successfully completed multi-millions in sales of both residential and commercial transactions including short/distress sales and marital dissolution sales. Mr. Mowery has been appointed by the Superior Court of California as a 730 expert witness, an expert in family law real estate, and has testified in the Superior Courts of the California for the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino.
