Don Rook has over 36 years of experience as a real estate broker and has been involved in many facets of the industry, including sales, leasing and development. Mr. Rook has been involved in the shopping center industry for more than three decades and became a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers in 1972. Mr. Rook was an officer with Ernest W. Hahn, Inc. During his tenure with the company, his responsibilities encompassed leasing, management, and the coordination of new shopping center openings. Mr. Rook specializes in negotiating and renewing leases with “chain” stores and “mom-and-pop” tenants.
