Bio
Don Lindner has over 25 years experience in the real estate industry including commercial real estate valuation, development consulting, sales and leasing. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Real Estate from the University of Georgia. He is a licensed certified general appraiser in the state of Georgia and holds the MAI appraisal designation as a member of the Appraisal Institute. Don is the past president of the Savannah Area Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia and South Carolina and a member of the Savannah / Hilton Head Realtors Commercial Alliance. As a realtor he has participated in numerous hotel and large land tract sales. He has an in depth understanding of the hospitality industry having been involved in the valuation, consultation or sale of over 100 hotel properties across the Southeastern United States. He also has an in depth understanding of issues relating to vacant undeveloped land tracts and specializes in evaluating and marketing these types of properties. He has had extensive involvement in the re-zoning, financial analysis, highest and best use analysis and purchase/sale negotiations on behalf of his clients. He has testified as an expert witness involving real estate matters and served on numerous arbitration boards involving property valuation disputes. His clients include major banks, developers, attorneys, architectural firms, governmental entities, and individual real estate owners.
