Don is an experienced real estate professional having 25 years in sales and leasing of Commercial and Industrial properties in the New Jersey marketplace.
He has an excellent knowledge of properties in Northern New Jersey (Bergen, Hudson & Passaic Counties) along with experience dealing with most local municipalities and the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission.
Don also is committed to servicing his customer's and owners' real estate requirements and will travel where necessary to secure the best deal in the marketplace for them.
Don believes strong working relationships with building Owners, Tenants and Fellow Real Estate Brokers are the keys to success in this business.
Don has been involved in more than 400 lease and sale transactions. He has an in-depth understanding of HMDC compliance issues in the Meadowlands as well as deal structuring when environmental cleanup issues need to be addressed. Mr. Kornbluth has been involved in the development of other brokerage firms providing services in Northern New Jersey including Archie Schwartz & Company, Sholom and Zuckerbrot, Team Resources, Inc. and most recently with DSR Group.
