Domenic started as a research analyst in the Toronto West Office and after 8 months joined the Commercial Office Leasing Division. Domenic is qualified and currently specializing in office leasing in the Greater Toronto West Office Market and has an intimate knowledge of both the Airport and Sheridan/Winston Park concentrations of the GTA. Domenic brings with him an extensive knowledge of technical and analytical related skills that include analysis through Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and detailed market and location analysis (largely through map production). During his tenure at Colliers, Domenic has represented several key organizations in the Greater Toronto Area and assisted them with various assignments including office relocations, renewals, and Design/Build assignments.
