Bio
Dmitry Levkov is a managing director in Colliers International’s Structured Finance Group. He helps clients source debt and equity on multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, industrial and other projects across the U.S. Most recently, Mr. Levkov arranged a $53 million loan on a mixed-use project for a Chicago-based client. Some of his current clients include DLC Residential, Interforum Holdings, Russland Group, Northshore Development and Balanced Living LLC.
Mr. Levkov joined Colliers as a broker specializing in the representation of tenants in the acquisition and disposition of office space. He leveraged his international business background to successfully target domestic and global organizations in the media, technology, marketing, financial service, legal, consulting and non-profit sectors, among others. In recognition of his successful production and dedication to clients, Mr. Levkov was nominated for Colliers’ “Rising Star” award in his first year with the firm.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Levkov launched a fund, Gramercy Trading, where he managed a long/short U.S. equities portfolio and 120 traders worldwide. He also oversaw personnel hiring and training, and supervised offices in the U.S and Russia. Within 10 years of its founding, Gramercy Trading employed over 500 people and managed more than $1 billion in U.S. equities. Earlier, Mr. Levkov spent time in trading at Nomura Securities, Bear Stearns and Cantor Fitzgerald.
