A Real Estate Professional in St. Augustine since 1984, Dirk has handled just about every type of real estate transaction including land development, joint ventures, and commercial, industrial and business opportunities. He has also handled all aspects of residential real estate from affordable, new construction, green construction all the way up to oceanfront and waterfront estates and even large ranches. Few, if any, Realtors know this market as well as Dirk does.
He has served his association as President of the Board of Realtors and President of MLS, been named Realtor of the Year twice and has been teaching contracts for the membership for over 15 years. Dirk has served his community as a member of the City of St. Augustine Planning and Zoning Board aside from various service and community organizations. He also serves on numerous Committees at the National and Florida Associations of Realtors and will continue to serve my profession.
