Dina Zavislak leads a team of corporate services professionals in the Savills Phoenix and Dallas offices. Alongside co-lead Charles Daggett, the team oversees, manages and negotiates transactions for portfolio accounts drive annual savings to clients’ bottom line. Since joining Savills in 2016, Dina has been instrumental in growing the team of professionals that routinely outperforms the market by proactively analyzing market trends and capitalizing on opportunities that demonstrate value.
Dina and her team manage hundreds of transactions for portfolio clients annually driving hundreds of millions of dollars in cost avoidance and savings. By developing strategies that reduce and contain total occupancy costs, Dina has been able to maximize savings through benchmarking portfolios, establishing key performance indicators that measure performance and trends, and leveraging positions to negotiate lease and sale negotiations globally. Dina’s expertise is working with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 firms to navigate critical contractual obligations, negotiate headquarters transactions, build-to-suits, dispositions, economic incentives, demographic analyses and optimizing portfolios.
Dina is the co-leader of the architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) practice group and has been responsible for over $1.4 billion in transaction revenue for clients. Dina routinely assesses peer metrics for existing and potential clients in analyzing current vacancy factors and implementing strategies to reduce vacancy costs while hedging against rising costs in the portfolio. Her clients include CDM Smith, Kimley- Horn, Carollo Engineers, Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Haley and Aldrich, NV5, Antea Group, Moffatt and Nichol and STV Incorporated.
Before joining Savills in 2016, Dina was a managing principal at Mohr Partners and was instrumental in leading the firm’s Phoenix office since its opening in 1995.
