Bio
Dick has been one of San Antonio's foremost commercial real estate brokers for 35 years. Dick's experience also includes an impressive list of development experiences involving over seventy-five convenience stores and retail strip centers in Texas, on thousand multi-family apartment units, and two large mixed unit developments.
Throughout Dick's thirty plus years in the commercial real estate industry, he has been involved in absolutely ever facet of growth that has taken place in the city of San Antonio. His brokerage and development assignments have regularly included industrial, office, retail, hotel/motel, multi-family land, development of every kind, and consultative services.
Dick was involved in the acquisition of IH-10 West land for USAA's headquarters in San Antonio, as well as Datapoint Coproration's headquarters land in the same corridor. He also was the broker for the Fireman's Fun office build-to-suit project on Northwest Loop 410.
Dick's formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He has a GRI designation and is a CCIM candidate.
