Dick Pettingill, SIOR has been involved with the sale or lease of commercial real estate in the Baltimore Washington Corridor since 1977.
His success is attributed to his client''s satisfaction with both his knowledge of the commercial real estate business and his professional follow-through and successful negotiations on their behalf. His overriding philosophy is to provide his corporate clients individualized real estate services and negotiation for their office or research/development space needs in the Corridor Marketplace. His extensive repeat client track record attests to the success of his philosophy, professional counsel and outstanding negotiation ability.
In 1999, he established a ''boutique'' brokerage office in order to provide direct real estate services to his clientele in the primary market areas of Howard, Anne Arundel and Montgomery Counties, right in the ''heart of the Baltimore Washington Corridor. With this professional service approach and the highest degree of skill, knowledge and integrity, the company offers its customer base a specialization in land and building sales, R&D and office building leasing, and commercial real estate consultative services. This specialization has allowed the company to focus its efforts, experience and resources on providing clients with timely and cost effective solutions to their real estate needs. Dick is a graduate of SUNY Albany where he recieved both his Bachelor''s and Master''s degrees. He studied for his Maryland Brokerage License at the University of Maryland. He has recieved many awards and recognitions including outstanding Broker with the CB Commercial Real Estate Office in Baltimore plus the outstanding Volunteer for Economic Development for the State of Maryland.
