A sales associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, Richard Bailey has been affiliated with the company since 1985. His distinguished sales career began with a position with Proctor & Gamble. From 1963 to 1985, he was president and majority stockholder of Bay Brokerage Company, Inc., a food brokerage company with offices in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville, South Carolina.
Richard primarily focuses on industrial development - encompassing site selection, construction, leasing and the eventual sale of income producing property. He is currently marketing several 1031 properties. Richard has been instrumental in the development of several business and industrial parks in Spartanburg, Greenville and Bluffton.
