A sales associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, Richard Bailey has been affiliated with the company since 1985. His distinguished sales career began with a position with Proctor & Gamble. From 1963 to 1985, he was president and majority stockholder of Bay Brokerage Company, Inc., a food brokerage company with offices in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville, South Carolina.
Richard primarily focuses on industrial development - encompassing site selection, construction, leasing and the eventual sale of income producing property.
