Devin specializes in the strategy, execution, and management of integrated site selection for the most discerning of industrial clients engaged in multi-market, complex site searches for manufacturing-intensive operations. He has served as an economic development and site selection advisor for complicated industrial projects representing high profile corporate brands across a diverse set of industries, with the largest being a multibillion-dollar hyperscale enterprise data center project. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Devin served as the chief business development & corporate strategy executive for one of the largest industrial parks in the nation, the 6,000-acre River Ridge Commerce Center in Southern Indiana. He started his career in economic development at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation where he was responsible for resolving complex regulatory matters associated with large-scale industrial development and managed several location-based, special redevelopment programs across the state.
