A proven leader in the commercial real estate field for over 25 years, Mr. Bateman combines his experience
from both a corporate executive and landlord/owner perspective to provide innovative solutions for Trinity
partners and clients.
Mr. Bateman began his career in the Facilities department of Williams Telecommunications (Williams
Companies) and rapidly progressed in position and responsibility amidst various mergers and acquisitions.
Ultimately the path led to Director of North American Properties for WorldCom then on to Vice President of
North American Properties for MCI Communications where he had operating management for over 550
employees with responsibilities for 12M square feet among 172 sites including sites in Hong Kong as well as a
campus in Reading, England. He then partnered with one of the most experienced, creative and
respected brokers in the region, Michael Predovic, founder of Trinity Corporate Real Estate Advisors.
Trinity has since been awarded “Deal of the Year” and “Office Lease of the Year” and CoStar has
recognized Trinity corporately and both of its principals individually as Power Brokers for the last five (5)
consecutive years. Mr. Bateman’s significant tenant representation transactions include activity for both
national and local clients. Landlord assignments include 110 West Seventh, American Plaza, 8:10 Building,
and management and leasing for Cityplex Towers (2 million s.f.) in Tulsa.
