Zisa & Associates, Inc., he has been a licensed New Jersey Realtor for the past nineteen years and a Broker-Owner since 1991. Dennis is a member of the Burlington, Camden Association of Realtors as well as both the New Jersey and National Associations. Selling and managing millions of dollars of Real Estate Equity, he is a 2000 and 2001 NJAR CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE AWARD recipient at the "Silver" Level, a "Gold" level recipient for 2002, and 2007, and for 2003, 2004, and 2005, one of a select group of Realtors, State-wide, to qualify for the new "Platinum" Level award!
Graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Dennis is married and the father of two. His in-depth Real Estate training includes specialized courses and research in Real Estate Practice, Agency, Property Management & Investments, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Taxation, Exchanges, and Creative Financing. In addition, Dennis has over 27 years of personal experience in Real Estate investment and hands-on property management.
