Dennis McConnell joined JLL’s New Jersey office in 2007 as Executive Vice President. His responsibilities cover strategic oversight of client portfolios and lease transactions, including tenant representation and landlord agency leasing, as well as promoting the growth of the JLL brand in the market. Beginning his career in real estate in 1985, Mr. McConnell spent over 20 years with Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey. Throughout his career, Mr. McConnell has managed account teams for such clients as Sprint, Abbott Laboratories, Baxter Healthcare, Reed Elsevier, and Mitsui Sumitomo Marine Management (USA), Inc. In this role, he was responsible for the coordination and implementation of real estate transactions throughout the United States. Also, Mr. McConnell remains actively involved in the leasing and marketing of over 2.2 million square feet in New Jersey. He has directed the marketing efforts for several high profile assignments, including Wells REIT, Columbia Property Trust, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, New York Life, and TA Associates.
