Mr. Ingram has over 37 years of commercial real estate experience. He joined Lee & Associates in March 2012. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Dennis was with Grubb & Ellis where he achieved the distinction of being named as a Senior Vice President, the highest designation of professionalism in the company, an honor reserved for the top 5% of the brokers in the national Grubb & Ellis system.
As an industrial specialist, he consistently ranked among the top sales representatives in the Grubb & Ellis South Bay Office since 1979. He was a member of the Grubb & Ellis President’s Council. He was consistently a top 10 producer in the South Bay Office.
Dennis joined Grubb & Ellis in 1975. He was a general contractor and project manager for Larwin Group (National Real Estate Developer) prior to entering the commercial real estate industry.
He is a licensed General Contractor (B1) and holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License.
