Dennis Carson co-leads CBRE’s National Retail Partners Florida Team with his partner Casey Rosen. Focusing on retail property sales for 30 years, Mr. Carson is a Member of CBRE’s Institutional Group and is among the top retail property investment sales professionals nationally. Mr. Carson joined CBRE in 2007 with its acquisition of Blackrock Retail Property Advisors - a boutique shopping center investment sale firm he co-founded with Casey Rosen in 1996. Mr. Carson started his career as an analyst/associate at Chemical Bank’s commercial real estate group in New York City.
