I started my career in 1972 as an appraiser in Brevard County, Florida. I have been an agent or broker since 1973 and have sold and appraised both Residential and Commercial properties.<br /><br />I have testified before the US Congress about valuation issues and have been appointed by two Florida Governors to the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Boards.
