Background
In 1972, Denise joined Frances Olson Realty in Regina, Canada. Within five years, Denise was the sales manager for 100 real estate professionals - a position she held until being promoted to partner and president in 1982. During this time, the company became the number one real estate brokerage firm in the city. The company expanded its services and merged with Jaguar Asset Management Corporation in 1988.
Jaguar's decision to expand its services into the United States prompted Denise's move to the Twin Cities in 1988. The company formed a partnership with Suntide Commercial Realty in 1992 and continued to focus on development, redevelopment and the leasing of commercial properties.
Denise was appointed by the City of Regina to co-chair its prestigious Economic Development Council. She is also a past director of the Regina Chamber of Commerce. In the Twin Cities, Denise is a past president of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Minnesota/South Dakota Chapter, and is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute.
Denise is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, the Minnesota Commercial Area Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
