Bio
Denine Attride is a Residential and Commercial Broker in the State of Georgia. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Denine moved to Atlanta, GA to attend Spelman College. After graduating in 1991 with a BA Degree in English, she returned to her hometown and began a career in Disease Intervention with the Louisiana Public Health Program and later returned to Atlanta, GA to join the Fulton County Health Program in the same capacity. She later moved on to work with the AIDS Research Consortium as a Data Research Associate, where she did data collection as part of clinical trials for AIDS Research.
In 2003, she earned her Real Estate Salesperson License and began her real estate practice with Jenny Pruitt & Associates, REALTORS. She later joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties's Administrative Team, serving at several offices throughout the company, while maintaining an Active Real Estate Sales License.
During this stage of her career, she earned her Associate Broker’s License and trained agents and staff on real estate technology and marketing, administrative back office functions, and assisted Managing Brokers with administration, research, recruiting, training, and on-boarding of new agents.
She has been married to her husband David for 18 years and they have two children. She has volunteered with Girls Scouts of Greater Atlanta as a Troop Leader and Organizer, Team Coach for Odyssey of the Mind, and taught Sunday school at her church.
Denine maintains a thriving Residential Real Estate practice and began her Commercial practice, specializing in the acquisition, sales, and marketing of church properties with the Rick Arzet Church Team and has since branched off into Land Sales and Specialty Retail Properties.
She continues to develop and train agents on real estate sales skills, marketing and technology solutions, and is an active member of local realty boards. She is an avid reader, writes poetry, and aspires to a branch off into the Voiceover industry.
