DelRae Zimmerman is a licensed REALTOR® who has been actively working in the real estate industry since 2004. Having relocated to the Minot area in 1996 and growing up on a dairy farm, she is well-acquainted with hard work and the value of dedication. DelRae completed her education at Towner High School before pursuing a double major in accounting and finance at Minot State University, where she graduated in 2004.
Passionate about real estate, DelRae feels grateful to have found a career that allows her to meet new people, tackle challenges, enjoy flexibility, and be her own boss. To stay current with the ever-evolving market and advancements in technology, she consistently pursues further education in real estate through various courses. DelRae has earned the esteemed designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). Throughout her licensed years, she has successfully assisted countless home buyers and sellers, earning their trust and satisfaction.
DelRae's exceptional performance has earned her recognition as a "Top Producer" in the Minot market on a consistent basis. In 2011, she made history as the first North Dakota agent to be named one of Realtor Magazine's prestigious "30 under 30" agents. Her professional achievements were further acknowledged in 2016 when she received the Young Alumni Achievement Award from Minot State University.
Engaging actively in her community, DelRae remains involved with prominent organizations such as the Minot Association of REALTORS®, and Minot Home Builders Association, and has played an instrumental role in establishing the annual fall Parade of Homes. She has also served as a campaign chair for the Souris Valley United Way in the past and currently holds the position of Board Chairman for Town and Country Credit Union.
