Deena partners with Commercial Real Estate investors, brokers, developers and wealth management strategists with a focus on industrial/facilities and multifamily assets from Calabasas and up through the Central Coast. In 2020, worked on a multifamily team at Radius, Santa Barbara with transactions totaling over $35mm. Additional real estate experience includes net lease, office, retail and hospitality as well as knowledge of land/agricultural and industrial properties in Santa Barbara County working alongside land use/planning agencies.
