Debbie joined Gaston & Wilkerson Management Group in 1994 and is the Chief Operations Officer and a Partner in the firm. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and has over 30 years experience managing multi-family properties, homeowner’s associations, and retail properties in Nevada and California. Debbie and her family have lived in the Reno area since 1991.
Debbie’s real estate experience includes directing due diligence teams, new property acquisitions, annual preparation and finalization of operating budgets, and preparation and implementation of management and marketing plans. Debbie was also instrumental in obtaining HUD approval of Gaston & Wilkerson Management Group for the management of properties utilizing HUD financing. She also works actively in oversight of Gaston Wilkerson Association Services specializing in the management of Home Owner’s Associations.
